Machine Vision Module

The 2D Inspection Module compliments conventional machine vision, is cost effective and configures well to individual needs. Laser scanning provides superior vision under many conditions: poor ambient light, light sensitive subjects, polarised light for contrast, pixel-heavy data requirement, low amplitude fluorescence, narrow wavelength bands for contrast.

Motor Controllers

A series of motor controllers has been designed by Lincoln Laser for its line of brushless DC motor products. These controls are available in multispeed and single speed board level designs providing easy system integration for the OEM user. Custom controller designs can be configured to meet special application requirements. All Lincoln Laser controllers are designed to drive brushless DC motors in a phase lock loop configuration.

Polygonal Mirrors

A complete selection of diamond turned and conventionally polished mirrors for both standard and custom design applications is available. Excellent manufacturing facilities successfully tackle the most difficult fabrication challenges including components with low scatter surfaces, high surface flatness, minimum pyramidal error, tight mechanical tolerances as well as specially opimized optical coatings.

Scanner Motors

Scanning system motors must be built to exacting specifications in order to achieve maximum efficiences and effectiveness. Lincoln Laser manufactures a wide selection of these specialized motors to meet the requirements of your specific application. Scanners are available in both ball and air bearing designs, and speeds up to 55,000 rpm are attainable.
